Arrival and Departure Policy:
Check-In: As of 3:00 PM.
Check-Out: Until 12:00 PM.
Early Check-In: In order to organize confirmed
entry to a room prior to the established Check-In time, the night
prior to the date of arrival must be paid for.
Late Check-Out: If the guest would like
to extend the Check-Out time beyond the established time, he/she
must request extension prior to Check-In and it will be subject
to hotel availability. Late Check-Out will be charged the equivalent
of a half day stay until 6 PM, or an entire day if done after 6
PM.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations of reservations must be done
72 hours before the Check-In time established by the hotel. If not,
the equivalent of a one night stay will be charged, including the
corresponding taxes (IVA). The remaining nights will be automatically
cancelled without additional charge. This is also applicable in
the case of No Shows.
Group Policy:
Reservations
for 10 rooms or more are considered group stays, and therefore a
corresponding group rate must be requested.
