Description: The Abasto Apartments & Suites Apartment Hotel is a new modern style building which offers stays in 22 very well furnished and equipped apartments with balconies for 2 to 4 people providing all the services required for a comfortable short term stay, which can either be corporate, or for tourists as well as students. All the apartments are set up with kitchenettes and bathrooms with bath and shower, with the exception of the penthouse which also offers jacuzzi. They can be equipped with queen size beds, singles and/or couches.

Arrival and Departure Policy:

Check-In: As of 10:00 AM.
Check-Out: Until 4:30 PM. Any guest that checks out after this time must pay u$s 18. (Or any time Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.)

The rates published above are expressed in U.S. Dollars, do not include sales tax (IVA 21%) and are subject to change without prior notice.

They are per apartment, per day, week, 15 days or month, and include:

- Maid´s service once a week
- Access to the pool, solarium, barbecue grills, laundry room, gym, computer room and meeting room (sum)
- WIFI in every apartment

Maid´s service more than once a week has an additional cost.

At the moment of Check-In, Abasto Apartments & Suites will receive you to oversee the signing of the contract and receive the payment of the rent´s remainder. A security deposit shall also be required and will be returned at the end of the stay, and upon return of the apartment in the same conditions as those in which it was turned over to you.
