Arrival and Departure Policy:
Check-In: As of 2:00 PM.
Check-Out: Until 10:00 AM. Early/Late Check-In/Out: u$s 15. - (Outside
business hours Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM or Saturdays,
Sundays and Holidays.)
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be done 24 hours before
the Check-In time established by the hotel, taking the 24 hour time
period as starting from the Check-In time preestablished by the
hotel. If not, the equivalent of a one night stay will be charged,
including the corresponding taxes (IVA).
It will be considered No Show if the guest
does not check in the day set in the reservation. The penalty will
be equivalent to a one night stay to be charged to the credit card
provided, and the hotel shall dispose of the room the following
days as it wishes.
