which are either studios, one bedrooms or two bedrooms, are equipped

music, digital phone service with voicemail, digital safety box,
connection to high speed WIFI Internet,
air conditioning and individual heating. Very
well furnished and equipped for 2 to 4 people, and king and queen
size or individual beds. Complete bathroom.

Additional Bed: Up to 2 additional beds can be added to the 4 Person
suite.

Dollars or Euros (The exchange rate will be stipulated by the
hotel the day the payment is made.)

- Bank wire transfer in advance
Arrival and Departure Policy:
Check-In: 1:00 PM.
Check-Out: 11:00 AM.
Early Check-In: If the guest
decides to check in prior to the time stipulated by the hotel, he/she
should first make an inquiry informing the new Check-In time and
paying for the equivalent of a half day stay. In the event that
the hotel does not have any rooms available, the Early Check-In
can be assigned subject to availability.
Late Check-Out: If the guest
decides to extend the Check-Out time, he/she should inform Reception
and pay for the equivalent of a half day stay if staying until 6
PM, or an entire day if done after 6 PM. The Late Check-Out is also
subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be done
24 hours before the Check-In time established by the hotel, taking
the 24 hour time period as starting from the Check-In time preestablished
by the hotel. If not, the equivalent of a one night stay will be
charged, including the corresponding taxes (IVA).
It will be considered No
Show if the guest does not check in the day set in the reservation.
The penalty will be equivalent to a one night stay to be charged
to the credit card provided, and the hotel shall dispose of the
room the following days as it wishes.
