cable and a computer with high speed Internet connection 24 hours
a day. Furthermore, staying at Spot is like being at home. You will
have free unlimited coffee and tea in your room all day and breakfast,
which is included with the room, is served on a daily basis from
8 AM to 11 AM. Furthermore, when requested enough in advance and
for an additional cost, Spot can put together a special gourmet
breakfast at any time of day available upon request, and served

Arrival and Departure Policy:
Check-In: 2:00 PM.
Check-Out: 10:00 AM.
Early Check-In: If the guest decides to check
in prior to the time stipulated by the hotel, he/she should first
make an inquiry informing the new Check-In time and paying for the
day prior to arrival. In the event that the hotel does not have
any rooms available, the Early Check-In can be assigned subject
to availability.
Late Check-Out: If the guest decides to extend
the Check-Out time, he/she should inform Reception and pay for the
equivalent of an entire stay. The Late Check-Out is also subject
to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be done 48 hours before
the Check-In time established by the hotel, taking the 48 hour time
period as starting from the Check-In time preestablished by the
hotel. If not, the entire stay will be charged, including the corresponding
taxes (IVA).
It will be considered No Show if the guest
does not check in the day set in the reservation. The penalty will
be equivalent to the total number of nights of the stay to be charged
to the credit card provided, and the hotel shall dispose of the
room the following days as it wishes.
