1° - Our committment is to enter into contact and reply to your inquiry within the next 24/48 business hours to confirm availability and provide you with all the information requested.

2° - In order to provide the best information possible regarding availability, please inform us how many people require lodging and the exact arrival and departure dates.

3° - ConsultingTur.com shall inform you the times for Check-In and Check-Out estipulated by the requested Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel and the corresponding additional cost which shall be charged for realizing Check-Ins and Check-Outs outside the normal times estipulated by the particular terms and conditions of the Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel.

4° - The published prices do not include taxes IVA 21 %.

5° - The current rates and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice under the exclusive responsability of the Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel.

6° - In the majority of the Hotels/Apartment Hotels/Hostels, the reservation can be effected providing the information of a valid credit card. The credit card is only requested as a guarantee for the Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel to ensure that the stay is booked and can subsequently be used to pay for the stay.

7° Depending upon the Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel, ConsultingTur.com may process a reservation (plus corresponding processing fees) of a certain specified percentage of the total of the stay according to the policy of the requested Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel. The client will then pay for the remainder of the stay in the Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel, and this can even be paid in cash.

7.1 - This reservation can be effected in cash in the offices of our company, or accomplished via Western Union, bank wire transfer, bank deposit, PayPal, or the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diner's, and effected by persons 18 years of age and older. See Cancellation Policy at the end of this document.

8° - The client accepts and agrees to allow ConsultingTur.com to provide his credit card information to the requested Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel in order to guarantee lodging, and this can even be paid in cash at the end of the stay.

9° - Under no circumstances does ConsultingTur.com guarantee availability of the dates without realizing the corresponding booking.

10° - ConsultingTur.com shall take care of all administrative details surrounding the reservation of a selected Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel for the time period specified by the client.

11° - At the moment a reservation is realized, the client must provide the following information: complete name, passport number or national Argentine document number, address and phone number of all the guests and inform us the time in which ConsultingTur.com may contact him in order to request the credit card information.

12° - If the client wishes to extend his stay in the Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel, our company must be contacted within a minimum of up to 72 hours in advance prior to the Check-Out date. In the event that there is no availability left during the requested dates in the same Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel, ConsultingTur.com shall propose relocation of the guests to another Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel, and the client shall pay for the new corresponding costs with no guarantee that rates are similar.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1° - Under no circumstances shall ConsultingTur.com refund the amount already paid to reserve the Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel. If the client, for whatever reason, must cancel the reservation, the amount already paid to reserve the apartment shall not be returned.

2° - If the client wishes to shorten the length of his stay, the amount already paid may or may not be refundable, depending upon the policies and time frames specified for refunds according to the particular terms and conditions of the contracted Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel, which shall be published in the page of the type of lodging selected.

3° - In the majority of the Hotels/Apartment Hotels/Hostels, in the event that a reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of Check-In or other time frame specified in the particular terms and conditions of the Hotel/Apartment Hotel/Hostel, or in cases of No-Shows, the credit card you have provided shall be charged a one night stay.
