1° - Apartment reference
2.1 can be rented for the following time periods: minimum 3
(three) to 7 (seven) days, 10 (ten) days, 15 (fifteen) days,
20 (twenty) days or 1 (one) month, and can be contracted for
longer time periods up to 12 (twelve) months per contract.
2°
- The minimum time period set for effecting the reservation
of a selected apartment is up to three days in advance of the
requested date so that the owner or his/her representative may
have the sufficient time to organize Check-In.
3°
- Apartment reference 2.1 has a maximum capacity of 4 occupants,
and it is not permitted to surpass this limit.
4°
- Animals are not permitted entry to the apartment.
5°
- All published prices are the final prices.
6°
- To contract our services, the reservation is effected via
a 20 % deposit plus the corresponding processing fees.
7°
- This reservation finalized via 20 % deposit can be accomplished
via Western Union, bank transfer (only in the United States),
Paypal, or the following credit cards: American Express, Visa,
Mastercard, Discover and effected by persons 18 years of age
and older. See Cancellation Policy at
the end of this document.
8° - We will maintain
the apartment blocked for the requested time period for up to
24 hours so as to allow you to effect the reservation via 20
% deposit. If you do not effect the reservation within 24 hours,
the block for the requested time period will be lifted and other
clients will be permitted to reserve the apartment.
9°
- ConsultingTur.com shall take care of all administrative details
surrounding the reservation of a selected apartment for the
time period specified by the client.
10° - At the moment
a reservation is finalized via 20 % deposit, we ask you to please
provide us with the following information: complete name, U.S.
driver´s license or passport numbers, address and phone
number of all the occupants with whom ConsultingTur.com will
come into contact, as well as the name and phone number of a
close and/or family contact for security reasons. You will then
need to present all U.S. driver´s licenses or passports
at Check-In along with 2 (two) photocopies, and in some cases,
photocopies of return tickets and visas.
11° - Check-In times
are from 8 AM to 8 PM. In some cases, they can be realized outside
these normal times. Check-Out times are from 8 AM to 12 PM.
Check-Out times between 12 PM and 8 PM correspond as an additional
day.
12° - You will be
allowed to occupy the apartment rented as of the date and time
established for Check-In. If you do not occupy the property
within 24 hours of Check-In, you will lose the complete value
of your reservation, allowing the owner of the apartment to
dispose of the property as he/she sees fit.
13° - At the moment
of Check-In, the owner or his/her representative will receive
you in the rented apartment to give you the keys, oversee the
signing of the contract and inventory and receive the payment
of the rent´s remainder.
14° - Payment of
the rent´s remainder must be made in U.S. Dollars (u$s)
and can be made in full in cash, by money order (only done in
the United States), by cashier's check (only done in the United
States), or by American Express traveller's checks. See
Cancellation Policy at the end of this document.
15° - At the moment
you pay the remainder of the rent, you shall also be required
to leave a security deposit of u$s 250, which shall be returned
to you at the end of your stay and upon return of the apartment
in the same conditions as those in which it was turned over
to you.
16° - The prices
published include all expenses, including all services provided
and building expenses (Cleaning service once a week, Electricity,
Water, Gas, Building expenses, City taxes, Cable, Telephone
with controlled line for local calls, High speed WIFI Internet
connection, Assigned parking spot in building garage, One monthly
membership to the Four Seasons Hotel gym (L.A. Fitness) for
stays as of minimum 3 months).
17° - When the contracted
time period ends, the owner or his/her representative shall
meet you in the apartment for Check-Out, which you will be responsible
for returning in the same conditions as those in which it was
turned over to you at Check-In. If any damages have occurred,
they will be discounted from the total of the security deposit
in accordance with the amount listed in the inventory, and any
remainder left over shall be returned to you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1° - Under no circumstances
shall the reservation finalized via 20 % deposit be returned.
If you, for whatever reason, must cancel the reservation, the
amount already paid to reserve the apartment shall not be returned.
2° - The total amount
paid in rent cannot be returned. If you wish to shorten the
length of your stay, the full amount already paid in rent cannot
be returned to you, since this payment is considered the apartment
owner´s compensation for not having completed the full
length of the contract.
