Terms and Conditions for Renting Cars:

1° Our committment is to enter into contact and reply to your inquiry within the next 24/48 business hours to confirm availability and provide you with all the information requested from the car rental agencies.

2° Upon completion of this inquiry form, the information shall be sent to our e-mail info@consultingtur.com and once received, ConsultingTur.com shall take care of all of the administrative arrangements with the corresponding car rental companies operating the type of automobile requested. Then the information provided by the car rental company with details of the car brand, rates and valid promotions shall be transmitted, as well as the means or processes required for reservation of the services.

3° ConsultingTur.com shall only request your credit card information in the event that the rental company requests it in order to ensure the veracity of the reservation and the delivery of the car in the corresponding location.

4° ConsultingTur.com shall only process payment with your credit card in the event that the corresponding operator of the service has requested that our company process the reservation as intermediary.

5° ConsultingTur.com shall inform you all the corresponding details of the car rental agency the moment the package offered by the corresponding operator of the service has been accepted, and in the majority of the rentals, the traveler can make the corresponding payment for the service when picking up the car. ConsultingTur.com reserves the right to request that the following information be provided: complete name, passport number or number of valid I.D. accepted in Uruguay, address and phone number of the main driver/renter, who shall be required to present a valid driver's license at the corresponding car rental agency.

6° Under no circumstances shall the completion of this form imply the prior reservation of any automobile.

7° The mere request of a package or sending of an inquiry implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
